What is the difference between "In-stock" and "Pre-order"?
In-stock: Items currently in our warehouse, typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of your order.
Pre-order: For high-demand or limited-edition drops, we open sales during the production phase. This allows you to secure your favorite pieces before they sell out upon official release.
If my order contains both In-stock and Pre-order items, will they ship separately?
To remain eco-friendly and reduce logistics costs, we typically ship the entire order once all items are ready. If you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.
Do you ship internationally?
While our primary focus is the United States, we do offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I modify the shipping address or size of my Pre-order?
You may contact our support team to update your address anytime before the order enters the "Processing" stage. However, since pre-orders are manufactured based on demand, size changes are subject to availability. We highly recommend checking our size chart before checkout.
How durable are the prints?
Designed for everyday wear, our prints stay vivid and durable even after 50+ washes. No cracking, no fading. For long-lasting results, wash inside out with cold water and tumble dry on low. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major global payment methods, including PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and various localized payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your financial security.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our "Track My Order" page and enter your order ID for real-time updates.
Sizing Advice: Which size should I choose?
Most of our collections (especially the Kanye series) feature an Oversized fit.
- For a high-street silhouette: Choose your normal size.
- For a more fitted look: We recommend sizing down.
Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?
Of course. Our in-stock products offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in brand new condition, unwashed, and all original tags must be intact. Please note that pre-ordered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are sold in a limited pop-up format.
